We helped our client achieve a more private backyard experience, given its location near the main entrance. The morning was crisp, but the installation of seven 7’ Juniper Spartans and mulch install went smoothly.

First of all…
You’ve got one guy back there trimming that hedge like he’s auditioning for a commercial — full stance, elbows up, locked in like it’s Game 7 of the World Series.

Meanwhile…

Your “crew leader” is in the wheelbarrow like he just clocked out from his 15-minute shift.

Sunglasses on.
Hands behind his head.
Laid back in a pile of sticks like he’s at an all-inclusive resort.

Bro looks like he’s supervising the operation from the VIP section.

You can just hear it:

“Yeah Dad, take another 3 inches off the top. Looks uneven from my angle.”

And the fact that he’s reclining in the debris pile?
That’s next-level management. He’s literally laying on the job — but somehow still looks like the boss.

Also… the Gould Brothers shirt in neon green while the assistant is in full stealth black Nike mode. One looks like he’s working. The other looks like he’s waiting for the after-photo.

This is:

• 90% labor
• 10% “I’m here for the vibe”
• 100% future entrepreneur in training

But let’s be honest — if you paid him hourly, he’d owe YOU money.
