Full time office Manager for Secretary for Construction Company (SFV)
Construction company Specializing in foundation seeking Secretary with construction experience required. Must be able to multitask, must be able to take direction and work independently, must be able to work with PC, website, book appointments, call backs, work with sales staff. Must be able to go with the flow and changes that happen daily a good disposition is required. Monday - Friday - Full-Time position.
Salary TBD.

Skills Required:
1) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
2) Must have good communication skills, verbal and written
3) Strong analytically and problem solving skills
4) Proficient in QuickBooks Pro
5) Computer savvy
6)big + if u know blueprint
Qualities
Strong work ethic.
Candidate must be able to take direction, work at a fast pace, and have willingness to learn. Must be able to perform additional duties as required.
Must be a self-starter and demonstrate a "Can Do" attitude. Tasks range from the repetitive to the challenging and the successful candidate must be willing to handle any and all tasks assigned.
Must be very detail oriented!!
