This full bathroom renovation started with structural repairs. Previous leaks had caused rotted flooring, so before any finishes went in, we restored the integrity of the subfloor to make sure this space was solid for years to come.
From there, we completed a full transformation:

We updated the exterior door, replaced interior doors, converted an old swing door into a space-saving pocket door, installed new baseboards and casings, added a rustic barn door feature, and finished it off with fresh paint throughout.
