This job shows how we get the right trades in to do the work needed. Arsípee Construction, LLC, secured the workspace including HEPA filtration so we could properly and safety replace the original lead and cast iron plumbing serving the 2nd floor bathroom. After the work was completed and thoroughly tested Arsipee Construction reconstructed the space back to the original condition.

While listening to a podcast with Mike Rowe. An astonishing figure was said. For every 5 trade retirees only 2 fill the gap. Thats 3 empty jobs that are in need of replacement. I’m not just talking plumbing either…
I notice in all of the trades I interact with on a daily basis, there are a lot of grey hairs and achy bones.
Good news is, A great personal friend of mine has a son who entered his 1st year into Tech school here locally and the classroom is packed with upcoming potential.
If anyone has a child who is on the fence about college, introduce them to a trade. I won’t be biased about plumbing. Trades in general are an awesome career. If anyone has any questions reach out.

This is one of many photos that speaks volumes of our brave men and women whose sacrifices paved a way for our everyday freedoms.
I have met and worked for many servicemen and servicewomen in my profession. Some are still here with us and some have passed on. I personally want to thank all servicemen and servicewomen for their service to our country and I personally thank from my heart all families whose loved ones paid the ultimate sacrifice to our country. I’m am in debt to these people.
Enjoy the fellowship and food throughout this weekend, but remember what and why we are celebrating.

To all of my trade friends out there.

What are your opinions on sharing repair videos on the different social media platforms? I am seeing these posts more frequently and I’ll be honest, I hate to see it.

I worked to hard, and sacrificed too much to just give it away.
