This home is making great progress, and it's exciting to see everything coming together.

✅ Stone and siding are complete, giving the home its finished curb appeal.
✅ Plumbing rough-in is complete.
⚡ Electrical rough-in is now underway as we continue moving toward the next phase of construction.

It's always amazing to watch a home transform from a set of plans into reality. Every stage brings us one step closer to handing over the keys to another happy homeowner.

Some moments in homebuilding are about more than concrete and lumber.

Today was one of those days.

Our newest homeowners in Stone Briar asked if they could place a Bible in the foundation before the concrete was poured—a symbol of building their new home on a strong foundation of faith. We were honored to be a small part of such a meaningful moment.

As the foundation was poured, that Bible became part of the home forever, serving as a reminder of the values, love, and prayers this family is building their future upon.

🚧 Weekly Construction Update! 🏡

Kicking off another exciting week at CNR Homes! We have homes at every stage of construction—from brand-new projects breaking ground to homes ready for their new owners. Here's what's happening this week:

📍 Stone Briar
🔹 Lot 102 – Excavation is complete, and the foundation will be poured this week.
🔹 Lot 104 – Foundation is in, underground plumbing is complete, and the basement and garage floors are being poured this week.
🔹 Lot 107 – Siding is nearly complete, HVAC installation is underway, and stone is coming next.
🔹 Lot 155 – A big milestone today as the roof trusses are being set!

📍 Summit of Shiloh
🔹 Lot 35 – Foundation, underground plumbing, and basement/garage concrete floors are complete. Framing begins soon!
🔹 Lot 36 – Framing continues with roof trusses scheduled by the end of the week.
🔹 Lot 45 – Luxury vinyl plank flooring and electrical trim-out are complete. Cabinets and interior doors were delivered today—this one is coming together fast!
🔹 Lot 50 – ✅ Complete and ready for its new owners!
🔹 Lot 253 – Contracts are signed! We're waiting on final plans before excavation begins.
🔹 Lot 263 – Foundation, underground plumbing, and basement/garage concrete floors are complete. Framing is up next.
🔹 Lot 268 – Almost to the finish line! Final details are underway with closing scheduled for the end of the month.
🔹 Lot 269 – ✅ Complete and ready to welcome a new family!

Every week brings new milestones, and we couldn't be more excited to watch these homes come to life. Whether it's the first shovel in the ground or the final walk-through, we're honored to be part of each homeowner's journey.

Today we stopped by our custom home on LL Road in Waterloo, and excavation is officially underway! Set on a beautiful piece of countryside surrounded by mature trees and wide-open views, this one-of-a-kind home is about to take shape from the ground up.

Every custom home starts with a conversation, a plan, and a dream. Today, that dream officially moved into the construction phase, and we couldn't be more excited to follow this journey from foundation to final walkthrough.
