Some " before, during and afters" of a project recently completed. Restorations and makeovers and preventive maintenance as well on 2 chimmneys . Cleaned..grinded out deteriorated mortar joints ,regrouted and struck to match. New crown put on the top and sealed . And new metal hood / cover to keep out water. The step flashing on one will be redone as well . The water wont stand a chance. Ha .

Over the past couple weeks we got a new garage door set ..trimmed out and sealed . Garage Interior wall framed up,sheathed and ready for a new/larger door. Shower system removal , A Roof cleaned, primed and painted .and a Bathroom makeover nearly finished

Some before and afters of repairs and a makeover on 3 rock walls at Vistas condominiums at wintergreen resort. Took out loose rocks and mortar joints, relayed , grouted and re struck the joints , then washed and sealed them up. Was a really nice job and turned out well.

Some pictures of recent work we've been doing .more examples of the range and ability we have to switch it up from one trade to another. ...from masonry..Carpentry, sheetrock , painting . Restoration/ rott repair and i even worked on a washing machine. One week im doing a mantle on wintergreen the next im up there repairing rock walls . Someone called me " the jack of all trades..master of none" to which it was everything I had in me to not say "Hmm interesting..well I could be like you and really suck at them all" šŸ¤£ Mark's Home Services LLC. .why call 5 different places and deal with them and have 10 different people in your place working. When u can make one call ..and thenl only deal with 2 or 3 people that are local and trustworthy. Not to mention your home will be with a locally owned and operated, Licensed Home Improvement contractor..fully insured with references and reviews avaliable. And my work is Guaranteed.

May not seem like much or " easy" but I take pride in my patch and match ..then re- painting of walls. And textured ceilings especially . From popcorn, stomp, orange peel , knockdown textured or going to smooth. After its painted i want it blended so well people to have to guess where the holes were even cut out at.

Some before and afters of a kitchen make over from awhile back. Painted the cabinets white and a island blue ..what a change from the dark color before . Demo of old tile and installed white subway tile for a New backsplash . Counter tops were done by a different company and gave it all a great finishing touch . Attention to detail and knowledge of the correct products for specific applications. Thats what we bring to the table..or kitchen if u prefer. Homeowners were super nice and trusted with their home renovation from start to finish. Proud of the outcome and grateful for the trust .
