I have the greatest customers in the world.
Unfortunately I had a major incident this past week and my mower is in the emergency room undergoing major surgery (repair). Due to this I am going to be very behind in cutting my assigned properties. I have contacted my clients and advised them of this and their response was, we understand and they are willing to work with my reduced schedule. I can not tell you how much stress this has taken from me and how much I appreciate their understanding and cooperation. I have worked very hard to build my business and have it respected. And it’s all because of the people I work for. They are the best and no matter what happens they are understanding.
Thank you all for everything. And I will be back up and running full speed very soon I hope

Well folks as you can guess the rain has me on vacation this week. It looks like the weather will break some on Friday and through the weekend. I will get out as soon as it’s dry enough to cut your lawns properly and not tear up your grass with slipping and sliding. Yes it means I will be cutting through the weekend and on Sunday. If for any reason you are not comfortable with me cutting on Sunday please let me know so I can work around and respect your wishes. Thank you in advance

To all my clients.
As you know the Governor has issued a stay at home order for all residents of Va. their are exceptions to this. Work, store for food and supplies and emergency care.
This should not affect my services to your property. I have plans to start cutting this week and as soon as weather permits.
My only request is we practice social distancing. Because I will be traveling to a lot of different homes in a lot of different areas I do not want to take a chance of spreading or contracting any virus.
This will have no effect on my work at your property. Payment can be handled by mail or leaving in an assigned location for me.
Once this is all over and we no longer have restrictions I promise I will owe each of you a handshake and a nice long conversation. I truly will miss the interaction I have with my clients but your safety and mine are most important right now.
So, please be safe and wise with your interactions and let’s get this virus behind us as soon as possible
