No April Fools Jokes Here

Today we celebrated being in business for 9 years by completing a home and pest inspection on a Chambersburg home that measured 9,000 square feet, no joke. This was our largest residential job to date and we were grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the buying process for the lucky family that is buying it!

4 in a row! That's right, we've been awarded "Best Home Inspection Company" in the Best of the Tristate contest for the 4th year in a row. Thank you to everyone that took the time to vote for us, it means more than you think! We traveled to the Maryland Theater to accept the award. With August coming to an end, thought I'd give a little business update. Things have been slower than normal for most of the year, but it really picked up this month. We completed 11 total inspections (9 home inspections and 2 re-inspections) that were in homes that were anywhere from a 1900s log cabin all the way up to a early 2000s home that will be getting a new owner very soon, as well as the largest building that we've ever done! For the 3rd straight year, we were voted Best Home Inspection Company in the Best of the Tri-state Contest.
