2026 BOMA golf Tournament! Great time with Mitch Goodwin, Andy Gallant, Mitchell Stafford and me (Chris Podlucky). We played well and met some really great people. BOMA is a great organization and the golf tournament is first class.

After the client completed the Nook at Northaven, DP Inc. was approached by the Owner’s Representative, Barrientos Ryan, to complete the Early Learning Center located on the first floor of the building, designed for young children from infants to 5 years of age. In collaboration with Third Place Design Co-Operative, the project consists of 1 infant-only room and 5 larger classrooms, including 1 folding operable wall between 2 classrooms for expansion. Each classroom includes its own custom color palette and wallpaper finishes. The learning center also includes a full kitchen, a break-room for staff and employees, and an exterior playground.
