Got a call from a realtor who said his a/c guy really didn’t like how the unit was wired. Arrived to find, what electrician did this? They make bushings for a reason! As you can see bottom of disconnect has burn marks where wire had been cut once before so this brilliant person decided to cut the hole bigger and make more sharp edges! Wire was also cut in unit. Glad I could come out and do it right. New disconnect with a bushing=happy customer.
