Your landscape is the first thing people notice 🌿

Before they enter your office.
Before they visit your community.
Before they walk through your front door.

The question is…

What is your landscape saying about you?

A well-maintained property creates a stronger first impression, protects your investment, and shows people you care about the details.

We help businesses, HOAs, and commercial properties stay professional, polished, and looking their best year-round.

One less thing to worry about. One more reason to be proud of your property.

Happy Thursday! One issue we’re seeing in lawns right now is called Gray Leaf Spot. This can be identified by small brown/grayish spots on the grass blade. This is a fungal disease and is typically seen in warm, humid weather. Compaction, high nitrogen fertilizer, and stress can also contribute to gray leaf spot.

This disease develops during long periods of extended moisture such as from rainfall, irrigation or morning dew. As the disease progresses, the spots expand and get darker. Over time, the infected grass dries out and will die.

This can be treated with a fungicide, so if you're noticing these signs, act fast and give us a call. We can assess and get you started on a treatment. Let us know if you have any questions!

🐜Happy Wednesday! Our Pest Manager Dylan is here to discuss how we use baiting systems to prevent termite activity.

Termites can infest a structure for months or even years without obvious signs, silently eating away at wood and compromising your home’s integrity. Bait stations are an effective solution for detecting and eliminating termite colonies. These small canisters are installed in the ground around your home, each containing termite bait and small entry holes that allow termites to access the poison undetected.

Once termites find the bait, they consume it and carry it back to the colony, where it gradually spreads and kills the entire termite population over time. This method targets the source of the infestation without disrupting your home or landscape.

If you’re looking for a proactive way to prevent expensive termite damage, ask us about a FREE termite inspection!

🌼 Happy Transformation Tuesday! This week, we completed a full landscape cleanup and included some upgrades within the beds around this lovely home.

To start, we removed unwanted plants, weeds, leaves, and debris while preserving some existing plant material like the Loropetalum. We then cleaned and redefined the Mondo Grass areas. Around the home we installed a variety of new plants, including Limelight Hydrangeas, Hostas, Louisiana Iris, Daylilies, Agapanthus, Purple Coneflowers, Black-Eyed Susans, and Caladiums to create layered color, texture, and seasonal interest. Also included was Variegated Liriope and Big Blue Liriope borders to provide a clean, finished appearance.

Next, we refreshed the chimney pot with new potting soil, repositioned it for improved sunlight and planted Pink Begonias inside. Upon completion, fresh black mulch was installed throughout the landscape beds. What do you think?

🌧️ We hope everyone is staying safe out there! Unfortunately rainy days have a way of revealing flooding and drainage issues you didn't know you had.

If you're dealing with standing water, soggy areas, erosion, or water collecting near your home's foundation, it may be time to consider a drainage solution.

A properly installed drainage system can:
✔️ Redirect excess water away from your home
✔️ Help prevent foundation and landscape damage
✔️ Reduce flooding in low-lying areas
✔️ Eliminate standing water that attracts mosquitoes
✔️ Improve the appearance and usability of your yard
✔️ Protect your property's long-term value

Don't wait until a small drainage issue becomes a costly repair. Contact us for a free drainage assessment and let's keep the water moving where it should.

Happy Friday! Michael is here to go over the signs of lawn destroyers such as armyworms and chinch bugs.

Armyworms are tiny worms you may see crawling in your lawn or even driveways and sidewalks. They feed directly on the grass blade and they cause thinning and disappearing patches of turf. The faster you act, the easier they are to stop.

Chinch bugs are trickier. They use their needle-like mouths to suck the nutrients right out of the grass. This is often confused for drought damage.
Obviously, watering will not solve the problem and your grass will continue to decline without treatment.

If your lawn is struggling and you’re not sure why, don’t guess. We're happy to help identify exactly what’s going on and treat before it gets worse! We hope this helps and let us know if you have any questions!
