New trim and wrap on the mirror

Im removing this staircase and turning the second story it gave access to into a complete balcony. I'm decking it and replacing the second story outer support that holds that corner of the second and third story up. It's a 3 story house that 120 years old, this one ought to be fun! I'm also gonna.have to replace this seal on the bottom that holds the whole house up. Gotta jack up the whole house and replace that

Building a C shaped sandbox for Christina Cole. Got the frame built, gonna dig it in, square it up and fill it. Then it will be play ready for her two daughters. I know you want one for your back yard! Call me and lets make it happen!
