The 9 Fitness Building is a 23,687 square foot, multi-level workout facility featuring a full range of amenities including free weights, workout machines, treadmills, an indoor running track, tanning booths, and a sauna. The front portion of the building includes leasable retail space, with Firehouse Subs currently occupying one of the suites (note: Firehouse Subs was not part of our construction scope).

Our team managed this project from the ground up. The scope of work (SOW) included site utilities, concrete slab, paving, water retention systems, full building construction, and interior finish-outs such as paint, flooring, lighting, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems.

The total project duration was just over 13 months.

Construction is moving forward at Russ Town Crossing Student Townhomes, and we’ve reached a major milestone! Our team is completing large concrete pours as we finish this critical phase of the project—the last step before vertical construction begins! 🏗️

We’re also putting the finishing touches on our temporary leasing office at 1211 Gains Avenue, opening soon! We’re renovating the space inside and out to give future residents a glimpse of the finished Russ Town Townhomes, including the finishes and furnishings planned for the student living community.
