Working on underpinning on the Cross Lake house and we noticed a couple issues.

Our customer went to install a window unit in their sunroom window only to realize that the windows were installed upside down, so we came out to fix that!

God is good!!
We installed 500 feet of water line so this rancher could get water from a deep well that wasn’t being used in his pasture over to his house.
Now he doesn’t have to worry about running his shallow well at the house dry.

Heres a great example why putting 2 dissimilar metals together isn’t the best idea and can lead to catastrophic failures.
The galvanized pipe formed a pin hole and flooded the inside of this family’s home. We cut it all out and went back with full 3/4” copper!

Here’s a quick google definition of what we are seeing. “When you join copper and galvanized steel directly in the presence of water (an electrolyte), it creates an electrochemical reaction called galvanic corrosion (or electrolysis). The copper is a more noble metal, which causes the zinc coating and the steel underneath to break down, rust, and form pinhole leaks very quickly.”
