We are hiring! We are looking for a full time office assistant.

Must have general office with bookkeeping/accounting experience and be self motivated. Quickbooks and payroll knowledge preferred. Knowledge of Google Calendar and Microsoft office preferred Would be willing to train the right person. Must be able to lift 25 pounds. Responsibilities include but not limited to: providing support of the on-site personnel, answering direct phone calls, emails, and general correspondence, computer data entry, organizing and maintaining a filing system, handle incoming mail, processing work orders. Need strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quickbooks. Will be performing accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, and providing support for inventory tracking and invoicing. Wage is dependent on experience.
