First of all I want to say Thanks again for coming out today. I had wanted to do a referral/reference recommendation, but couldn’t find your web site. So I’ve opted for a email note to laud the job you did for me.

And after I told you what needed doing, you understood, and even with your tight schedule figured you could come and knock it out. Next day! Not on May 10th soonest!
