Greensboro NC terrace system weather really put a halt to this one but it's wrapping up , complete tear out and installation of a new drainable waterproof Natural stone lay, created a true slope to out outside, a 4 phase flashing system for GUARANTEED water pe*******on defense one membrane layered up the a break flash from wall.to floor, channel flashing sealant placed, and thru flashing. Added a channel drain ( awaiting grates). And came back with the SAME stones clean 👌👌💯💯💪💪💪 fabricated edging to deter visuals of soluble deposits. Bulletproof non slip Natural finish sealer.

Greensboro NC, terrace water intrusion. Back tracing slope to wall, unsealed break to drip edge SMH 🙄 😤, it was a beautiful stone installation 💯. But with the lack of foresight, flashing and drainage..you're gonna have problems

Tear off
Install all NEW wall to terrace flashing.
New substrate with true slope to edge.
Waterproof and drainage layer.
NEW stone installation with new basin and channel drain to gutters

Greensboro NC, this client needed some repairs on their lower cast stone trim...👀 It is always challenging to find a consistent tone in aged and wrong cast stone but I believe I got the texture to the grain and stained to blend in 🥹🥹🫡 Love these types of projects.

Yadkinville NC, a client is experiencing some saggy stucco, got my hands on this one and let me tell you ..... ALWAYS hire a professional..it's unfortunate the whole house is this way but that's why we're here to make it all better, going with a mechanically fastened EIFS system.. Installing double pass self adhesive flashing and two layers of water v***r barrier....if you have ANY masonry in need of inspection or suspect a faulty or dated system Don't hesitate to contact us !!!!!!!
