CNC Operator Needed – Cabinet Shop
We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator to run and maintain CNC routers for high-quality cabinet and millwork production. Responsibilities include setting up jobs from CAD/CAM files, loading materials, operating machinery, monitoring cut quality, and performing routine maintenance. The operator will inspect parts for accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with designers and shop leads to meet production schedules. Candidates should have CNC routing experience, basic programming knowledge, strong measuring skills, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship. Experience with cabinet materials, nesting software, and dust-collection systems is a plus. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and pride in producing precise, consistent work.
