I honestly don’t even know where to begin, because there are so many emotions behind this announcement. We are overwhelmed, incredibly proud, and more thankful than we could ever put into words.

All of our beef shares for 2027 are officially SOLD OUT. 😭❤️

And while that may just look like a number or a business milestone to some, to us, it represents so much more.

I wish I could take you all back to where we were just a year ago. I can remember the hard conversations with Dad. The uncertainty. The wondering what we needed to do differently. The prayers asking God to send us our next customer. The days when we were trying to figure out what came next and trusting that somehow, someway, things would work out.

I remember us buying an EXTRA freezer because we had so much ground beef in stock, another cow was on the schedule to be processed, and we literally had nowhere left to put it. I remember those moments because they remind me just how much can change in a year.

Back then, I never could have imagined that we would be sitting here today, announcing that we have sold out of beef shares for an entire year that hasn’t even started yet.

If you had told us this would be our reality a year ago, I don’t think we would have believed you. And that is why this announcement feels so personal. Because we know what it feels like to wonder if people will show up. We know what it feels like to pray over this farm and hope that the work we are putting into it will be enough. We know what it feels like to pour your heart into something and just hope that one day, all those little steps will lead somewhere.

And then you all showed up. And you kept showing up. You bought the beef. You came back for more. You told your friends and your family about us. You shared our posts. You brought people through our doors who had never heard of Mooreland Farms before. You trusted us to provide food for your families, and you gave us opportunities that we will never take lightly. There are honestly no words big enough to explain what that means to us.

Sometimes, when you’re in the middle of building something, you get so caught up in the day-to-day work that you don’t stop long enough to realize how far you’ve come. But this moment has made us stop. It has made us look back. And it has made us so incredibly grateful for every single person who has been a part of this journey.

We will never forget the days when we were praying for the very customers who are now helping make all of this possible.

We are proud of our farm. We are proud of our family. We are proud of the work that goes into raising and providing our beef. But more than anything, we are proud and thankful to be surrounded by a community that believes in what we are doing.

Please know that when you shop small, when you support a family farm, and when you choose to spend your hard-earned money with us, it means something. It means something to the people behind the counter. It means something to the people doing the work. You are not just customers to us. You are a part of our story. And we will never stop being grateful for that.

We do want everyone to know that even though our 2027 beef shares are spoken for, our retail store will continue to be stocked throughout the year with individual retail cuts! We do have preorder lists going for some of our most popular items, including ground beef, ribeyes, and filets, so please reach out if there is something specific you would like to get your hands on.

As we sit here and try to wrap our heads around this milestone, one thing keeps coming to mind: God has been so good to us, and our community has shown up for us in ways we will never forget.

We know there is still so much work ahead, and we know there will be challenges along the way. But today, we are allowing ourselves to stop and celebrate. To be proud. To feel emotional. To look at how far we have come and say THANK YOU.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping make this little family farm something bigger than we ever imagined.

We will never take it for granted. Not today. Not a year from now. Not ever.

Huge shoutout to one of our customers for sending in these photos! Smoked two Poulet Rouge whole chickens over the weekend! I only have 3 available in the store! Get em while ya can!

These chickens are raised on U.S. small family pasture-centered farms to Label Rouge standards, Global Animal Partnership (GAP) Step 4 Certified, 100% vegetarian-fed, and raised without antibiotics or hormones. They are known for a rich, deep flavor, a firmer muscle structure, lean breast meat, and parchment-like thin skin that roasts or sears very crisp.

Saturday morning thoughts from our farm. 🌾☕️

There’s something special about knowing where your food comes from.

Knowing the land it was raised on. Knowing the hands that cared for it. Knowing that the people behind it have a name, a family, and a whole lot of heart invested in what they do.

Here at Mooreland Farms, it’s Dad and me. He's the one doing the field work, caring for our cattle, keeping up with the land, and making sure what we put in our store reflects the way we believe food should be raised. And I'm here making connections with you, managing our marketing, running meat deliveries, and the store. It’s a team effort and we make a good team.

We believe in letting cattle grow at their own pace, moving them to fresh pasture, giving the land time to rest, and working with nature instead of against it. It isn’t always the easiest way, and it certainly isn't the fastest. But we believe doing things the right way is worth it.

We know our way of farming may not be for everyone, and that's okay. But for those of you who care about knowing your farmer, understanding how your food is raised, and supporting a small family regenerative ag farm, we want you to know how much that means to us.

Every time you shop with us, share a post, tell a friend about our farm, or stop by the store, you're helping us keep this little piece of agriculture going.

And around here, that means more than you know.

Freezer is RESTOCKED! All preorders have been messaged regarding pickup. NEW PRODUCT IS IN! Maple sausage patties! We do still have ribeyes which are USUALLY sold out on preorder list. Only a handful of hamburger PATTIES available in the store.

After a whole trunk load of chicken, this is all I have left in the store after pre orders! If your chicken preorder is ready- I have already sent you a message. All other chicken preorders will be ready Friday evening. If you want to place an order- message me ASAP to get it by next week!
