It is with great sadness that we share the loss of one of our drivers, Carlos Teran. He was much loved by our customers and will be greatly missed in our HEI family. We want to thank him for his many years of faithful service to the company. His big personality always filled the office, as well as the radio, and everywhere he went. His death will definitely leave an emptiness in our company. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family as they grieve during this time.

DO NOT FLUSH Disinfectant and baby wipes. Throw them away! Flushing them could cause blockages and damage to your septic system. For those on city sewer, wipes do cause backups and problems at the treatment plant.

We can’t stress this enough!

This story is good reminder to make sure your septic system is secure and safe. Always keep your lids secure. When your tank gets old, be aware that the concrete can become thin or badly corroded and have an increased chance of collapsing. Never park or drive over your tanks and fence out large animals. Regular maintenance can extend the life of your septic tank and let you know the current condition of the tank.
