Week 7 - 8 of our ADU Project
We are currently finishing the interior of the garage and second floor while preparing the walls for the third floor of the ADU. Also, sorry for some of the blurry photos one of our camera lenses broke, but we’ve ordered a new one.

We're excited to tell you that today marks the first week of our new project! We are adding an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) addition and more office space for DK to our house.

This is a custom screened-in porch in Silver Spring, Maryland, designed as a multifunctional outdoor living space that blends comfort and style. Built adjacent to the living room, the new porch features a whirlpool bath, cozy seating with chairs and tables, and a small woodburning furnace for year-round use. Surrounded by a lush backyard and forest views, it's the perfect retreat for working from home or entertaining family and friends. Just off the kitchen, we added a compact deck with a built-in grilling station to make outdoor cooking and dining seamless and enjoyable.
