🎉 Celebrating 7 Years in Business! 🎉

Today marks seven incredible years since this journey began — and I couldn’t be more proud, grateful, and full of joy reflecting on how far things have come.

What started as a dream has grown into something so meaningful, and I’m endlessly thankful for every client, employee, supporter, friend, and collaborator who’s been part of this story. Your trust, encouragement, and belief has made all the difference. 💛

Running a business isn’t always easy — there are challenges, lessons, and plenty of late nights — but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I still love what I do just as much (maybe even more!) than the day I started.

Here is the drone footage of our 2 year project complete.

On this project we started with clearing the trees and all of the organic soil so we could expose the structural dirt. Next was the wetland mitigation portion and fencing. After we got the sign off We excavated this site for the home, installed all of the underground utilities including an 18ft deep waterline that tied in under the foundation. We installed an Orenco Septic System and Leech field (in December), our most expensive system to date. One of my favorite parts of this project was building the engineered Redi-Rock walls using pieces that weighed approximately 2,000lbs each. My least favorite part was having to keep the leech field and septic sand dry until we had a good weather clearing in early December to keep building. This meant lots of tarp moving, snow shoveling, careful stepping, torch burning & praying!

Brendan assisted in setting the roof on this project which was unexpected but it was a good thing he was there because the framers only spoke Spanish and the crane operator did not. Brendan caught a crucial mistake done by the framers being that they had the roof panels off by a few inches on both sides, but they had already screwed it in place. If Brendan wasn’t there the whole roof could have slid off in one big piece 😵

Final touches on this was the finished landscaping and specific seed mix that was used to prevent wetland contamination from unwanted species such as Bromegrass.

Fun facts from our Ecologist Virgil:

“Brome was introduced a long time ago; that does not make it native now. That makes it a persistent non-native (and depending on conditions, an aggressive invasive species).
There are many plant species that were introduced to north america in the 1600s, 1700s, 1800s, etc. (major periods of human movement patterns around the globe) they are still identified as introduced.
Introduced, is introduced. Native is native.”

✨ Let us illuminate your life with a new outdoor space!

It’s amazing how much an outdoor space can transform not just a home, but the way you enjoy it. The before-and-after photos from this project almost feel unreal — it’s hard to believe this is the same house! What was once a plain backyard is now a true extension of the home, perfect for quiet evenings, family gatherings, and making memories that last a lifetime.

We are especially proud of the colored, stamped concrete with its stunning blueish-grey tone — it completely elevates the space and ties everything together. And of course, our specialty outdoor lighting and audio solutions bring it all to life after sunset, making this space as functional and beautiful at night as it is during the day.

Projects like this are why we do what we do — creating places where people can relax, entertain, and feel inspired. Thank you to the Kriese family for trusting us to bring your dream space to reality. 🤝
