With Fire Prevention Week coming up, I'd like to mention a few items we've been called upon to inspect, repair, or replace lately. If you have any concerns about any of the following, don't hesitate to call us or text for your free inspection! 503-979-9611
- Outdated or malfunctioning circuit breakers
- Outdated electrical panels
- CO/Smoke detector batteries or CO/smoke detectors that are more than 10 years old.
- Upgrades from battery-powered smoke detectors to 120V smoke detectors
- Bathroom or laundry room exhaust fans that are getting louder or have quit working
- Attic ventilation fans that are noisy or no longer turn on during warmer days.
