Week of 1/19/26: Just completed a list of repairs on a home being sold in Lebanon. The inspector cited the incorrect installation of the windows, installed by the owner. The bank would not finance the home for the buyers until the windows were installed correctly. I went out there, removed the windows, furred them out to the correct depth, installed window flashing and Z flashing above the window, trimmed out the windows with exterior trim...mission complete. Took care of scraping some chipped paint and repainting. Also, replaced a portion of fascia board that had dry rot. A few day's work, and the home is closing with nothing else to stop the sale.

From design to completion, this custom greenhouse in Dallas Oregon came out beautiful! Built with pressure treated lumber and commercial grade 8mm polycarbonate panels. Since there were no ready-to-go options for the roof vents...no problem. Just designed and built those, too!

Just finished a full bathroom remodel in Woodburn.
Scope of work:
Remove old bathtub and shower
Install new walk-in shower with tile surround, bench seat
Install new 8 foot vanity, lights, mirrors
Install new linen closet
Install new flooring and base trim

Customer loves it!
