Not how you want the conversation to start right after you’ve done foundation dig out and roughed in footers for a new addition! But after discussing the project in our best Spanglish it wasn’t about the quality of the work but the size of the addition, they wanted more grande!!

With a late night of pricing, foundation plan modification and getting docs ready to submit to county for permit adjustments the GCI team were able to make the customer happy, get this project back on track, make immediate adjustments and get everything ready for our already scheduled inspection!
