🚨 NOW HIRING: Construction GM/Salesperson 🛠️
✅ Duties and Responsibilites:
-Coordination of materials and material take-offs
-Daily walk-through of jobsites
-Assist customers with shopping for remodel projects
-Update project management apps
-Organize paperwork both in physical binders and in cloud
-Ensure bids are completed in a timely manner
-Participate in social/referral groups to generate leads
-Assist w/ setup, tear-down, and staffing of the company’s home show booth
-Track project progress/reporting and set daily and weekly production goals. Hold team accountable to goals
-Lead/mentor crews to improve performance or professional development
-Ensure company standards are met and SOPs are followed
-Participate in weekly coaching sessions
-Coordinate subcontractors
-Meet with clients for final walkthrough or closing jobs as needed
-Assist with scheduling
-Ensure a high-quality customer experience from start to finish
-Handle certain escalations, complaints, and problem resolution

-Leader that can gain respect from both customers and crews
-Growth minded and coachable
-Ability to follow a proven system
-Someone who sees solutions, not problems. Out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver
-Intricate knowledge of construction systems
-Experience leading crews
-Proficiency with computers and technology including Microsoft office programs, Google docs, or equivalent required
-Proficiency in 1 or more AI LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc required
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-People skills and at least some sales skills
Other details:
⏲️ ~30-60 hours/week depending on time of year, your speed, and type of projects going on. Mostly M-F, occasional Saturday
💲 ~$75-90k/year starting with potential for additional bonuses. Pay is based on a base salary as well as production based commission.
