We are for experienced equipment operators and hardworking individuals to join the WJS Contracting Snow Removal Team this winter!

We are hiring for seasonal / PRN snow removal positions—perfect for someone looking to make great additional income, work around their current schedule, or stay busy during a winter layoff.

Potential responsibilities include:
❄️ Operating a 4-wheeler
❄️ Shoveling sidewalks and entrances
❄️ Running snowblowers
❄️ Ice management
❄️ Opportunities for snowplow operation
❄️ Opportunities for skid loader operation

💰 $28–$35/hour based on experience
⏰ Flexible scheduling around your current work schedule
💵 No cap on overtime
🌨️ Work as much or as little as your availability allows

If you’re laid off or have reduced hours during the winter months, there may be opportunities to work every snow and ice event for excellent seasonal income.

We’re looking for dependable people with experience in construction, snow removal, landscaping, or equipment operation who are ready to work when winter weather hits!
