One of our toughest lining projects to date. This Wells Fargo Bank building in Sioux Falls has had backup issues for a couple years now. One spot had to be dug due to a pipe fitting and a couple feet of pipe being totally missing and almost completely collapsed. Upon digging at the collapse, the pipe shattered everywhere we tried connecting new pipe to. As shown in the picture, we took a piece of PVC pipe and lined it to the existing cast iron to be able to connect new pipe to. One of the few ways we can deal with pipe that is deteriorated beyond repair. Much better alternative than tearing up the whole building to replace with PVC. Give us a call if you have drain issues and we will show you a permanent fix!

Some before and after pictures of a pipe we recently relined. Pipe was close to 100 years old and upon doing inspection, we found the top of the pipe was missing or cracked the entire length of the pipe. We were able to cure our liner in place of the corroded pipe to give customer a brand new pipe inside the old one. Check out the results! With no digging involved, project turned out perfect. We love helping customers like this one avoid having to dig up the entire pipe.

Pictures of Vermillion, SD assisted living project we relined. Over 300 feet of cast iron pipe running 6 feet deep restored with epoxy liner. Building was able to stay open and keep residents in their homes while this was done. Pipe had cracks and holes in it throughout the length of it. Project took a total of 5 days, and new liner is a permanent fix to the deteriorated cast iron and will never be an issue again.

Rock Valley High School project we recently completed. They had been dealing with sewer issues over the past few years and found out pipe was broke on multiple spots this year. Cast iron was roughly 65 years old and really deteriorated. After going through a descaling process to remove buildup and scaling from pipe, we relined over 330 feet of 4" cast iron with no digging at all. Project took a little over 3 days with no disturbance to school activities etc. Pipe has been permanently fixed and shouldn't ever give any issues again. Thank you for trusting us with your pipe restoration project!

Pictures of a pipe we lined this past week. 100 plus year old cast iron pipes throughout the house. There were multiple holes in the pipe as well as breaks and cracks throughout. With no digging except floor drain replacement, we were able to fully restore the pipe to make sure this customer never has to deal with drain issues again. This is one of the toughest pipes we've ever dealt with, but project turned out beautiful.

Another house we lined recently. Slab on grade house that had sewer pipe running right through the middle of the house 4 feet deep. This customer had a drain cleaner out every week, with nearly 50% of the old pipe being full of buildup and scaling. Digging this pipe wasnt an option, as homeowner would have had to move out of house and have this dug and replaced which would have taken multiple weeks. After 3 days of work, we cleaned and relined this pipe, and homeowner was able to stay there throughout the project. Some plumbing had to be moved around so we dug a small access hole which also helped during the lining process. This customer now has a complete new sewer system and shouldnt ever be an issue again.

Picture of a pipe we came across this week. Customer had been having issues with getting water in the basement every time the upstairs bathroom would get used. We went there to do a camera inspection, and found the pipe had a crack in the length of the cast iron vent stack running through the house. We were able to fix this without tearing into the interior of the house. Customer was extremely happy, as they were thinking they would have to do a major repair to get this fixed. Four hours later, we had job completed with no destruction to the house.

One of the projects we did this week. This was a 100 year old house located in downtown Sioux Falls. Customer wanted complete drainage system relined. We relined the inside, which was deteriorated cast iron pipe, as well as the clay tile outside. The pipe had multiple holes in it where sections of pipe were missing. Also replaced a floor drain which was rotted out to give this house a totally new plumbing system. This project was completed in just 4 days, and customer said he didnt even notice us being there! We take pride in the fast, non-invasive pipe restoration we are able to do to make this a easy process for anyone.

Pictures from jobs we completed over the last two weeks. One of these jobs was an apartment building in Sioux Falls. Owner had been dealing with backups over the last couple years and was terrified at the idea of having to kick tenants out and tearing out cast iron and replacing it. He found out about trenchless pipe repair and gave us a call. Two days into the project, we were finished cleaning and lining complete apartment main lines. Tenants were able to stay in their respective units and were only without water for 6 hours on the second day as lining was being done. This project saved the owner a lot of time, hassle and money.

The second was a house where customer had been dealing with root backups and was ready to have the pipe dug and replaced. This option would only fix some of his issues and he wasnt willing to tear up his complete basement to have the rest of the pipe replaced. After only 1 day, we had his pipe lined from the house all the way to the street to guarantee no more root issues.

2 week project we are wrapping up in Madison, SD at the Lake County Courthouse building. They elected to reline roof stacks and every horizontal pipe underground instead of digging and replacing them. When we first showed up, some of these pipes were soo full of buildup and scaling we couldnt even get our camera inside. There were many holes and cracks in the pipes everywhere. After going through a descaling process, which opened the pipe to it's original shape and size, we relined the pipes with our special epoxy sleeve. This process was much less invasive, and much less costly than it would have cost them to replace everything. If you are dealing with drainage issues and backups, give us a call.
