Another exciting milestone for Kerwin Property Maintenance!
We're proud to share the successful completion of our hydro excavation and concrete scope at Chick-fil-A on W. 41st Street in Sioux Falls!
Our work included the hydro excavation and structural concrete foundations for a new building addition, along with interior concrete improvements as part of the restaurant's ongoing renovations for their new play area.
From initial site preparation and excavation to forming, reinforcement, and concrete placement, Kerwin Property Maintenance coordinated each phase with a focus on quality workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail.
As a locally operated Sioux Falls company, there's something especially rewarding about contributing to improvements at businesses that serve our community every day. With the concrete phase complete, our next step is bringing the masonry portion of the project to life. We're looking forward to sharing the progress as the exterior begins to take shape!
