Big progress day at our model home at 1809 E Elk Ridge Circle 👷‍♂️🚧

Today we’re setting the precast concrete core planks for the garage — massive precast slabs craned into place that create a garage below the main garage. In this case, the core planks are supporting the straight drive-in two-stall garage, with an additional two-stall garage underneath.

On the main level, this home features a four-stall garage.
• A straight drive-in two-stall garage (with the garage below it)
• A side-load two-stall garage accessed from the side of the home
It’s one of those behind-the-scenes details that really shows the level of engineering and planning that goes into a home like this.

The house is currently being framed, and we’re preparing to install floor trusses next. With 2,000+ sq ft on the main level, a bonus room over the garage, a finished basement, and no backyard neighbors, this one is shaping up to be something special.

Exciting news! We have officially started the remodel and addition project at Hartung Homes. We will be updating the office, master bath, and master closet, as well as adding a Four Season room on the main level and a lower bedroom under the Four Season room.
