There's a lot to look forward to inside Elgethun Capital's new office on the first floor of the Bancorp Building!

Archways are already a standout feature, and with painting underway, we're getting a better look at the space. The design leans heavily into traditional architecture, with extensive millwork, wainscoting, fireplaces, and elegant finishes still to come.

Walls are down and underground work is underway at CNC Food Factory! With demolition progressing, the crew is busy preparing the space for what's next.

Over a year of construction progress, changing seasons, and plenty of South Dakota weather, all captured in one time-lapse!

Behind all that progress are countless hours of hard work and coordination from the many crews, trade partners, and project teams working together to keep things moving. It's pretty impressive to see what that teamwork adds up to!

A few familiar faces came out of retirement for this year’s Sioux Metro Clay Classic, and apparently, they haven’t lost their touch!

Our Fiegen crew took home Top Team honors. Great to have some of the old crew back together for a day of friendly competition!

Landscaping is underway at The Lourdes Center! 🌲 One area we’re especially excited about is the outdoor patio, which will provide a great space for staff, clients and future events.

The newly planted hedges may be small now, but give them a few years and they’ll create a natural separation and added privacy for those enjoying the space.

Yesterday, the Elgethun Capital team toured their future space! It’s exciting to see the team walk through the building and get a better feel for what their new workplace will look like. We enjoyed sharing the progress and look forward to seeing their excitement grow as construction continues!
