Growing up in a family well-known in the building industry in Sioux Falls and Madison, SD, he always knew he would end up in the industry one way or the other. Following his career at Fullerton's Lumber in Mitchell, Chuck began a rep business in Sioux Falls for a local cabinet company. After 11 years in the cabinet business, he finally decided to g

ive his building dream a try. In the year 2000, Chuck designed and built his first spec house, and the rest is history. Chuck and his employees pride themselves on client-builder relationships. Every project is an honor in their eyes and nothing is taken for granted. Complete Contracting's motto, "Customizing Your Lifestyle, Building Your Dreams" replays several times throughout a project. No matter the size of the home, each client is treated with the upmost respect. Says Chuck, "Anything short of perfection and you will be short changed." Since 2000, Complete Contracting, Inc. has built over 100 homes in and around the Sioux Falls area. They have done remodels, light commercial and new residential construction. They have a long list of happy clients that would be more than happy to offer their references, should you want them. Chuck is a very active member in the Sioux Empire Home Builder's Association. In 2012, Chuck proudly took over as the Association's President. Chuck uses his initial meeting with potential clients to get to know them as well as possible. Each home Complete Contracting builds is different and unique. Chuck's talent and ability to customize any plan and make it his clients' own is a great addition to this company. In Chuck's spare time, he likes to golf, camp, and spend time with his wife and kids, Cody, Kirsten and Alyssa. Jeff Spyksma is Complete Contracting's Jobsite Foreman. He has been with Complete since 2006. Jeff is constantly on job sites and always around to field questions, comments or concerns, should there be any. Jeff is also responsible for scheduling subcontractors. He keeps clients informed of activities in the home, makes sure that materials are delivered to the site on times and provides clients with a week-to-week schedule. Jeff is the proud father of three girls, Autumn, Brooklyn and Tiana. In his spare time, Jeff likes to spend time with his family camping and boating, and he also enjoys big game hunting. Chuck's wife, Megan, also works for Complete Contracting. Megan helps their clients with color selections for carpet, tile, wood floor, paint and cabinet design, as she also has a backround in cabinet sales. Along with color selections, Megan is there to help put worries to rest with budgets and numbers. She uses every connection she has made over the years to make sure that her clients get the best deal possible. Megan will help maintain the budgets and keep her suppliers informed, so you don't have to. Megan is also highly involved in the HBA. She also enjoys playing golf and camping with her family.
