The bats left… but now they can’t get back in.

A few days ago, we shared a video showing bats safely exiting a home through a one-way exclusion device. This video shows what happens next.

The bats return to the area they’ve been using, but because the home has been properly sealed and excluded, they’re unable to re-enter the structure.

This is why professional bat exclusion is so effective. Simply removing bats isn’t enough—you have to identify and address the entry points they’re using. Otherwise, they’ll often return to the same locations year after year.

Still Standing After the Storm

That was a wild one. With winds over 80 mph last night, Sioux Falls and surrounding areas took a hit — especially with trees, fences, and yards. We’ve seen some major cleanup across the city and know a lot of long-standing trees didn’t make it.
