JMJ CASEWORKS is looking for a skilled and motivated **CNC Machinist** to join our growing team! # # # What You'll Do:
✅ Set up, program, and operate CNC machinery
✅ Select and install tooling and materials
✅ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
✅ Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality
✅ Inspect finished parts and perform quality control checks
✅ Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance
✅ Follow safety standards and production schedules
✅ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
# # # What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience operating and setting up CNC equipment is preferred
✔ Strong machining and milling skills
✔ Knowledge of quality control and precision measurement tools
✔ Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
✔ Woodworking or casework manufacturing experience is a plus
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Commitment to workplace safety
✔ Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
✔ Vocational training, apprenticeship, or related machining education is a plus
