🏡 A complete exterior transformation from top to bottom!

We started by removing two layers of old siding and took this home all the way back to its original walls. From there, we upgraded nearly every part of the exterior with new windows, siding, roofing, soffit, fascia, and gutter, then added stonework, custom columns, and a resurfaced chimney to completely elevate the curb appeal.

This kitchen remodel was all about making the space work harder for the homeowners. 👌

By removing the soffits, we were able to upgrade from 30" to 42" upper cabinet, adding roughly 30% more storage, along with additional cabinetry and a larger pantry. We also replaced the existing doorway and window with a patio door, bringing in more natural light while creating an extra four feet of cabinet and countertop space.

More storage, more light, and a layout that makes better use of every inch. That’s what a well-planned remodel can do. 🏠
