A little friendly competition and team bonding outside the office. Turns out great design and great pickleball both require strategy, communication, and teamwork.

Apparently our logo wasn't big enough on our building... so we decided to put it in a conference table too. 🫠

A huge thank you to Cosand Construction for bringing this custom piece to life. The craftsmanship is incredible, and we can't wait to put it to good use solving design challenges, hosting client meetings, and starting our team meetings by saying, "This one should be quick." 😁

We’ve got a new designer at CREATE for the summer 👏

Everyone welcome Sienna Castelluzzo - a K-State student with good design instincts and apparently an even better entrance strategy because she pulled up in a side-by-side today like it was completely normal.

For the record, she does also drive regular cars, which we appreciate for liability purposes. ❤️

We are excited to be a part of her architectural journey!
