We’re seeking an Architectural Project Manager who’s ready to take ownership of projects and embrace a flexible, design-driven environment. This role offers the unique potential for associate partnership for candidates interested in leadership and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead design, production, and ex*****on of architectural projects
• Manage client relationships, consultant coordination, and project teams
• Oversee BIM models, Revit production, and uphold BIM standards
• Produce detailed construction documents with a focus on buildable, clear detailing
• Guide projects from concept through construction with attention to both design and delivery
• Contribute to the growth and direction of a young, nimble firm
What You’ll Bring:
• Professional degree in Architecture (licensure preferred but not required)
• 5+ years of experience managing projects in an architectural setting
• Strong Revit skills with proven BIM management experience
• Expertise in construction detailing and consultant coordination
• Confidence leading teams and communicating with clients
• A collaborative mindset with a desire to help shape a growing firm
