Andy made a seamless transition to JF Construction a couple years ago, coming from his dedicated years at Jos Parent Construction. His pleasant (always smiling) and adaptable personality made him an immediate integral and valued part of the crew. His experience in truck driving, equipment operating, and all-around knowledge of the construction trade, make him an invaluable asset to the JF Construction family. We are so grateful for Andy and appreciate him everyday. Thankful for him joining our work family.

Jason VandenHouten

Jason started working with us in the spring of 2023. He commutes from his home in Luxemburg each day. He comes with many years of construction experience. He specializes in installing septic systems and sewer and water laterals for our projects. He is a skilled operator and is very meticulous with perfecting his craft. Every project he works on is done with extreme diligence, professionalism, and thought-out precision. He is extremely hard working and puts in crazy long hours and work weeks. His patience, kindness, work ethic, and loyalty are just a few of the great qualities that make us appreciate him so much! We are grateful to work with Jason everyday.

Dale’s been with us for a few years now, and we’re so thankful! He is our amazing in-shop mechanic. We do not know what we’d do without him!! Everything runs smoother with him around. His expertise and knowledge along with his determination can fix anything and solve any issue; he’s top-notch. He works long and hard to stay on top of all the needed maintenance here. He’s a kind, friendly, hardworking guy that we’re so grateful have with us.

Brandon has been with us for a few years now. He came to us with a construction and mechanic/welding background,and has emerged as a jack of all trades. He is always willing to do whatever is asked. He drives truck, operates equipment, fixes equipment, and does most of our welding. He’s multi talented! His easy going demeanor and dry sense of humor are part of what makes him a great employee and coworker. We’re again, so grateful for all he’s done at JF, and happy to have him as part of our work family.

What a stroke of luck to have this man working with us! Mike came in 2019 and was instantly thrown into the chaos. But in his typical fashion, he handled it all with his professional, calm, collected, and humorous demeanor. It’s obvious to see he’s been involved in the construction business for all of his life. His knowledge of the business and his interpersonal skills are top notch. He’s a pro in all aspects. He does it all- starting with estimator and project manager as well as corralling and managing so many of the phone calls everyday. He takes on a lot and sincerely does everything in the best interest of the business and everyone involved. He’s one of a kind. Thank you, Mike, for being exactly what we needed! We appreciate you!
