Established in 1996 by Rod Robinson and Mike Owen, Robinson & Owen Heavy
Construction, Inc. has been contracting private and public works projects
throughout Central Oregon. Their dedication to providing exceptional quality work
and building lasting relationships is reflected in their outstanding reputation. In
2025, Rod and Mike passed on the company legacy to Mitch Grayson and
Garrett Queen who are committed to carrying on the vision of Robinson and
Owen Heavy Construction.
