Omega Foundation Services is looking to add a Benefits Coordinator to our growing HR team in Lafayette, LA.
This role plays an important part in supporting our employees through onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR support. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-paced team environment.
Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, as this role regularly supports communication across a diverse workforce.
Responsibilities include:
-Employee benefit enrollment and support
-HRIS and payroll benefits administration
-Open enrollment coordination
-Communication with employees, vendors, and insurance providers
-Benefits reporting, audits, and compliance support
-EDI Feed Management
