Position: Tree Trimmers & Ground Hands

Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Tree Trimmers Responsibilities:

Prune and trim trees and shrubs to ensure proper growth and appearance.
Remove dead, diseased, or hazardous branches.
Operate and maintain chainsaws, pruners, and other equipment.
Safely use climbing gear to reach high branches.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Tree Trimmer or in a similar role preferred.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong physical stamina and attention to detail.
Certification in arboriculture or related field is a plus.

Ground Hands Responsibilities:

Assist Tree Trimmers by gathering and clearing debris.
Operate and maintain ground equipment such as wood chippers and stump grinders.
Ensure the worksite is safe and organized.
Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
Support team members with various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
