Due to the recent spike in Covid-19 cases and in the interest of protecting the health and safety of our team and our customers we will re-institute the following precautions:

• CONSULTATIONS WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Appointments can be requested by calling 985-781-8342 or emailing [email protected] We will schedule in one to two hours windows based on your project.

• THERE WILL BE A MAXIMUM OF TWO ADULTS PLUS OUR CONSULTANT PER APPOINTMENT. We cannot allow children into the facility at this time.

• UPON ARRIVAL PLEASE CALL 985-781-8342. One of our consultants will unlock the door at the start of your appointment time.

• MASKS OR OTHER FACE COVERINGS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER OUR FACILITY. Our consultants will also be required to wear a mask or face shield during all appointments.

• WE WILL REQUIRE HAND WASHING IMMEDIATELY UPON ENTERING OUR FACILITY. Our consultants will be required to do the same in sight of the customer before beginning the appointment.

We will continue all other business operations under previously announced precautionary procedures:

• ALL DELIVERIES WILL CONTINUE AS NORMAL. While we are taking additional precautions and cleaning measures to limit exposure, we remain committed to having material on your jobsite when you need it.

• OUR SALES COUNTER WILL REMAIN CALL IN ONLY. Only employees will be allowed into the warehouse or counter area. Please text, email, fax, or call in your order in advance. Orders, questions, or pictures for parts identification can be texted to a shared inbox at 985-781-8342. You can even place orders online.

• ALL PICK-UPS WILL BE DONE IN OUR REAR WILL CALL AREA. Let us know you’re coming. We will do our absolute best to have your order staged and labeled outside the rear roll-up door before you arrive.

Our ongoing goal is to provide you with the products and services needed to continue essential business operations while taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our team, our customers, and our community.
