Some of the most iconic commercial buildings in the world are proof that quality construction, combined with regular upkeep, can stand the test of time far beyond what most people expect.

Did you know that ADA bathroom compliance requirements apply to most commercial renovations and new construction? It's one of those areas where the details really matter — and getting them wrong can create real liability issues for building owners.
