What a transformation this kitchen was!

The customer wanted to open up the kitchen to the dining room and let more natural light flow through this area of the house so we removed the wall that divided the kitchen and dining room!

The final product features custom made black walnut cabinets, black walnut floating shelves, quartz countertops, tile backsplash and vinyl plank flooring! We added recessed lighting to the main area of the house, installed 2 panel poplar doors and poplar millwork to the rest of the house!

What a backyard transformation! The customer wanted a new deck to replace the old wooden deck that wrapped around the pool. We installed TimberTech coastline decking, Bronze Westbury aluminum railings and bronze accent lighting! The privacy wall is LP Smartside board and battens!

We had the pleasure of working with Town & Country Lawn Service, LLC to help transform the backyard into what it is today! They installed new retaining walls, flower beds and blended the grade in the backyard to be a seamless transition!

Looking forward to seeing the completed project in the next few weeks! This was a project that brought drastic changes to the customer’s home and they are loving the new look!

The new kitchen was an empty room and the old kitchen became a wet bar with more storage. The new windows started going in the entire house today and will be completed next week!

This bathroom looked to be just fine but once we opened the walls up we quickly realized that the timing on remodeling this bathroom was perfect! We discovered multiple hidden electrical boxes, rotted wood due to improper installation of the existing shower, lack of proper insulation in the attic and plumbing that was faulty. After all of the issues were addressed, we ended up with a great finished product!

For this project the customer removed an existing deck to create room for a new 3 season room addition. Prior to the 3 season room the customers weren’t able to utilize their existing deck to its full potential due to the heat during the day on the deck. We built this space for them to use year round no matter what the weather is doing! With 2x6 exterior walls and 2x12 floor joists, the customer was able to insulate the floor, walls and ceiling giving them comfort on hot and cold days.

What a fun project this was! The customer stated that they wanted to have an entryway that was inviting to their guests! I believe we achieved that goal with the final product! We removed the existing front porch down to the foundation, added new floor joists, new exterior walls, a new covered front deck, new windows and a new front door! The inside was finished in a manner that reflected the character of the house with maple flooring as well as millwork that matched the original millwork in the rest of the house!

What a transformation on this house! Nothing like the clean crisp look of LP Smartside! Love how this one turned out!
