Just a friendly HVAC reminder….. keep your exhaust and intake that are outside of your house clear of the snow. Make sure if they are on your roof they are cleared or if they come out of the side of your house that it is cleared. We have been getting a lot of calls for furnaces, shutting off due to the exhaust being blocked. Will cause pilot lights to shut off and sensors for improper ventilation.

Feeling a chill when your furnace should be keeping you warm? There could be a few reasons:

🔷If the fan is set to "ON" instead of "AUTO," it can blow air even when the heat isn’t running. 🔷Clogged filters? Those can cause your system to overheat and shut off the heating element. 🔷If your pilot light is out or there's an ignition problem, your furnace won't be able to warm things up at all.
