Another former customer trusting the Summerlin Contracting team with another construction project.

For us, all customers are valued and appreciated, but a repeat customer lets us know that we are too.

This beautiful custom home was completed in March of 2025. Now they are back and having an awesome detached shop stick built to match the house!

With a footprint of 48x48, to include 2 covered porch areas, and interior usable space of 1,984 sf, this is going to be an addition to the property that can’t be beat.

This project will feature matching Cement Fiber Board Siding (a.k.a Hardie Board), shingles and sliding barn doors on both front and rear.

The House on the pond has come to completion!

Rough-in for electrical, mechanical, HVAC and gas piping beginning this week.

This house will be featuring a lot of custom upgrades, to include, in-ceiling heaters for the back porch!

Progress Forward !! 🔨

Framing for this custom is moving quickly. Only a couple weeks away from rough-in work time for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Gas Piping. With each one of those, our customer meets with the sub-contractor on site to lay out their entire house of switches, receptacles, thermostats, etc… so they have exactly what they want in a true custom build.

Framing underway and moving fast !

This soon to be home features over 5,000 heated square feet of living space, an oversized 3 car garage, spacious front porch and large 710 square foot back porch, which will feature an outdoor kitchen area, wood burning fire place and in-ceiling heaters.

We can’t wait for this!

Residential Pre-Sale Custom Homes, Metal Buildings, Detached Shops and even Commercial Construction needs…….We’ve got you covered.

For this project, a local church will be enclosing the existing front covered entrance and making use of new heated space, while adding to / extending out the same roof line to create a new covered drop off area.

Demo got started today on the asphalt and concrete paving that needed to be done first. Footings for the new piers will be underway and poured tomorrow! It’s an exciting time to be getting started on this project!
