Saturday night emergency call. Extreme overgrowth from no mowing all year cut it down and brought this property back to manageable state.

Removed all the old landscaping and installed brand new shrubs and plants. Removal of broken concrete sidewalk and installed a new sidewalk and stoop using Techo -Bloc material.

Built a natural dry stack stone retaining wall, added a outdoor Volt lighting system which included uplights in the trees for great curb appeal and upgraded the porch with new vinyl posts and railings for long lasting durability.

Finished it off by replacing the old lattice with durable Hardie cement board for a clean, long-lasting look.
