Before and after we don’t do many non full restoration on doors but this was a quick 2 day on sight restoration some Dutchman’s around the mortice lock and jamb and some epoxy check fills sand prime and paint hardware was missing a bunch of brass screws and bent to hell and back so don’t mind the new screws it drives me insane but I’m over it.

Full rebuild structural out to crown down post replacement/repair all bases were replaced. The screen was beyond repair so the client had me make new out of sapele all dominoes and glued. Super awesome people to work with he worked on his days off with me stripping paint and and prepping the areas that wernt replaced or repaired.
All back primed all wood was sapele the clients are going to finish the project. Priming and installing screen this is one of the nice things working in the private sector developing a relationship with the client and working side by side with them if they want. It’s enjoyable to see passion in them. The roof is getting replaced and next year we build the original railing on the roof. Thanks guys

Oh boy we got into a good one here ladies and gents this project was very inconvenience to access and this chimney was hurting all plumb and ready to rock with a high lime mortar. FYI I sing this song while I work on the regular
