All of our sheds come standard with 2 x 4's 16" on center wall studs, treated 2 x 4's 16" on center floor joists and treated 4 x 4's under the floor frame. We use real plywood on the walls, floor, roof and even on the doors; there is no OSB in our sheds! All the material we use to manufacture structures is the highest quality and longest lasting so you can enjoy your shed for many years to come. Y

To accomdate an in ground pump, this shed was build without a floor and delivered via forklift to lift it safely over the pump and place it.

A custom hatch built into the roof allows access if the pump has to be replaced in the future.

We color matched this graden style garage to the customer's house. Instead of standard wiid siding, it was upgraded to LP Lapp. Glass was added to both the side door and the garage door. A decorative hinge kit installed on the garage door gave the building even more class!

The customer did not need storage, so just opted for the bar area. The siding was yoder blue, and accented with Teakwood decking and a stained interior ceiling.

We had to built up the pressure treated wood frame under the shed so it had a level, stable foundation.
We highly recommend doing site work under your shed, even if you do it yourself. It helps prolong the lift of the shed if it's not sitting directly on the wet ground.

This shed is an absolute STUNNER!

A big reverse gable was added to the front, and double transoms in each gable and the dormer. Transom glass in the doors and above the windows match the gables.
Lapp siding makes it look like a tiny house and the cupola and weathervane on top brings everything together. We even custom built a composite deck step to get in.

What a gorgeous pool house! We built this on site in Hampton Bays. We started with a 12x20 garden shed wuth LP perfection shakes.
A 14' transom dormer was added. Instead the thers tandard whote transom glass with grids, they were switched to black with no grids. On the dormer the customer requested stnading seam metal roofiong and standard shingle on the rest of the roof.
The doors really make this shed- the middle doors were a set of full view and doors on either side are stationary, creating a unique look.
