Now that we’ve welcomed a few new followers, we thought it was the perfect time to introduce ourselves.
We’re Vance & Jaclyn Kaiser—locals to the Smithville/Bastrop area. Some of you may already know us and our story, but for those who don’t, we’re so glad you’re here!
If you’ve ever built a home or considered building in Bastrop County, the name Kaiser might sound familiar. Vance (not Vince 😉- we know, it can be confusing!) grew up building homes alongside his dad. What started as hanging sheetrock turned into being involved in every step of the process, from start to finish.
Over the years, he’s built many homes throughout the Bastrop area and takes pride in being a hands-on builder. Around here, we joke that he’s a jack of all trades…but the truth is, when you build with us, he’s there every step of the way.
We’re excited to be stepping into this new chapter, continuing to build quality homes while bringing a fresh perspective.
In our free time, we stay quite busy, as you can probably see. With 4 kids, you’ll find us at the Bastrop football games watching our cheerleader, or in and around Smithville supporting our 2 tigers and chasing around the littlest one!
We can’t wait to keep building homes in Bastrop and the surrounding areas for many years to come. Thank you for all of the support this far!🤍
