Who says a crawl space has to stay a crawl space?

What was once an unfinished, unused area beneath this home is now a custom game room and home theater the whole family can enjoy.

To make it happen, we excavated the crawl space to create the necessary ceiling height, fully waterproofed the area, and transformed it into a comfortable, finished living space built to last.

Something tells us this is about to become the house where all the kids, friends, and neighbors want to hang out. From movie nights and game days to making memories for years to come, this project was a blast to bring to life.

And of course, we couldn't hand over the keys without testing it ourselves. A few rounds of Dance Dance Revolution and a quick basketball game were all part of the final inspection. 😄🏀

We have been busy over here, but we had to pause and show you what the crew is working on. This beautiful, massive West Nashville addition is taking shape. Building a space this size requires an incredible amount of heavy lifting, but watching it come to life makes all the hard work worth it.

West Nashville homes have so much character, and our main goal with this addition is to make sure it blends seamlessly with the original house. It is dusty, loud, and busy on site right now, but the progress every single day is fun to see.

We are excited to share a sneak peak of this *almost* complete project! Our goal was simple: open up the floor plan, bring in tons of natural light with massive new windows, and build a large addition to give this family the extra breathing room they desperately needed.
